We are looking for a Senior Talent & Development Partner to join our People Partnering Organization, a truly international team where you will work alongside, learn from and build lasting relationships with colleagues from all over the world. As a Senior T&D partner, you have an exciting and challenging leadership opportunity where you can take ownership and draw your path in a complex and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Capability Gap analyses & subsequent acquisition strategy and leading execution

  • Talent and DE&I analyses, mapping and subsequent strategizing and implementation

  • Enable proactive talent acquisition for key roles via proactive market mapping of niche talent as depicted in the talent acquisition strategy.

  • Talent brokerage within and across regions

  • General sparring with senior business leaders and Regional managers for T&D and Talent Acquisition

  • planning based on data analyses, gaps identified & future growth as part of business

  • Sparring partner for HRBPS/People Partners to support manager and employee queries and requests.

  • Diversity equity and inclusion efforts, mapping and implementation of regional initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have in-depth experience within various talent and development areas, demonstrate expertise in global delivery of initiatives across geographies, show a passion for building strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity in a time of great transformation, so you should ideally enjoy working at a fast-paced environment and enjoy dealing with ambiguity. As someone in our team said: you should feel comfortable changing the wheel while the car is speeding down the road.

As for skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Desire to add value to the business in a specialist role, providing knowledge and expertise

  • 8 + years of demonstrated contemporary experience working within Talent management, learning and development, providing administration and logistics support for learning programs across various geographies

  • Recent experience advocating and promoting DEI efforts, driving relevant initiatives

  • Results driven and customer centric

  • Organized, detail oriented, autonomous and collaborative, able to handle multiple priorities

  • Experience working in a best practice environment with an agile mindset would be advantageous.

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate technical issues in relatable terms
