This role involves the development and implementation of the division\xe2\x80\x99s:
i) Systems or sub-systems including holistically reviewing and enhancing the core processing system, analysing and resolving of system-related issues; and
ii) Digital agenda, which includes identifying opportunities for digital solutions to be implemented for the responsive and timely end-to-end administration of Individual Income Tax

[What you will be working on]

- Design, develop and maintain systems or sub-systems under purview including IRIN-related modules, other digital services such as on-boarding tool and batch jobs to automate routine work process using end-user computing tools like RPA

- Review and recommend system enhancements for implementation

Drive digital initiatives

- Identify opportunities for digital solutions

- Evaluate potential use-cases and implications of technologies available to support day-to-day operations

- Evaluate best plan and implement the adoption of digital solutions based on existing state of business and infrastructure

- Design, enhance and develop new digital services

- Drive effective change to ensure the adoption of digital solutions with stakeholders

- Track success measurements of systems (including effectiveness, successful deployment and adoption rates)

[What we are looking for]

- Degree in any discipline, preferably with background in Accountancy or Computer Science

- Prior experience working on Agile IT projects is preferred

- Good critical thinking and analytical skills

- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Resourceful and a team player

- Good written and verbal communication skills
