If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Senior Tax SpecialistWhat does a successful Senior Tax Specialist do?Our tax team is looking for a well-rounded professional with a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and the desire to work in a global financial technology environment. In this role, you will be part of the regional tax function with a primary focus on tax compliance and reporting for both US GAAP (quarterly and annually) and local statutory tax as well as transfer pricing and indirect tax issues.What You Will Do

• Being a part of the regional tax team to support APAC operations, with a dominate focus on the Australia and New Zealand region
• Oversee / manage the preparation of all tax filing obligations in the ANZ region by outside service providers
• Prepare and file indirect tax returns and ensuring indirect tax compliance
• Collaborate with accounting departments to prepare income tax provisions and GAAP reporting
• Assist with tax audits and responding to tax queries
• Assist in identifying and mitigating potential tax risks
• Continuously develop your tax knowledge base in order to ensure tax technical expertise and provide guidance to accounting, finance and business colleagues

What You Will Need To Have

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate income tax experience, with additional background preferably in one or more of the following areas: Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Cross-Border Transactions, US GAAP compliance and reporting

What Will Be Great To Have

• BS/BA (or equivalent) in accounting is preferred
• ATP/ATA and/or CA (or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience in GAAP reporting is a plus
• Familiarity with taxation in ANZ region is a plus
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
