Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, design and prepare the Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings\xe2\x80\x99 drawings for tender (These services include sanitary and plumbing, gas, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, integrated building management system, fire protection systems, RETV, etc)
- Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval
- Prepare all Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of drafting experience in Mechanical building services in consultancy firm
- Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software
- Have a good understand of Building Information of Modelling
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office application
