Senior Technical Officer (facilities Management)

Job Description
:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Site and reporting to FM
- Supervise all the facilitiesxe2x80x99 management and operational activities
- Prepare quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports,
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and users
- Oversee assigned alteration and addition (A&A) projects and minor repair works
- Standby for events if required
- Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
