Oversee daily technical operations, including participation in toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with WSHA regulations.
Attend to emergency fault calls during office hours and standby duties after hours on a rotational basis, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Coordinate with users and relevant authorities to prepare and submit comprehensive work proposals for job requests.
Develop cost estimates, conduct condition assessments, and propose maintenance work plans.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, drawings, documentation, and defect liability period registers.
Organize and update service reports, licenses, and certificates at the site.
Prepare and submit certificates of completion for maintenance work and services, along with monthly claims.
Oversee subcontractors in executing corrective maintenance and ad-hoc tasks, addressing defects identified by quality audits or user reports.
Inspect and certify completed work by subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
Undertake additional technical duties as required.
Job Requirement(s):
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Possess Class 3 driving license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Well-organized with effective time management skills.
Willing to travel to Tuas for work.
