Job Responsibilities Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties. Possess experiences manning and monitoring the Building Management System. Involved in the inspection of contractors' works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants' requests or feedback. Generate defect inspection reports. Source for contractors & calling of quotations for works to be carried out. Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System. Job Requirements Possess a Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent. At least 2 to 4 years of experiences in building management, Mechanical and Electrical systems. Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
