Job Description

Maintenance Routine:

Conduct routine inspections and servicing of the machines and equipment to ensure all machines and
equipment is functioning according to specifications and assigned requirements, including:


mechanical installations electrical installations building and associated facilities refrigeration plants and air-conditioning units plumbing and sanitary systems machinery and equipment accessories.


Monitor the readings on various gauges, thermometers, pumps, and other equipment, making necessary
adjustments to correct any malfunctions.





Implement planned preventive maintenance to ensure timely servicing of machines and equipment, maintaining
their reliability at the optimum level.





Address machine and equipment issues promptly and perform necessary repairs.


Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support daily operations


Provide and share information with maintenance personnel about the current condition of machines including updates on equipment quality issues, repairs, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, or rotary equipment.

Operations Supports:

Perform restoration activities on recycled cable drums to support production and logistics requirements. Document machine and equipment spare parts activities. (e.g., issuing purchase requisition forms, receiving
items, and maintaining stock levels, etc)


Carry out 5S housekeeping check.


Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

NITEC (NTC/ ITC)/ Diploma or equivalent


Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of cable industry Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and circuitry diagrams Knowledge and skills in welding, and operating gas-cutting tools and equipment Knowledge and skills in operating machine tools * Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
