[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas. [What you will be working on] - To develop advanced packaging processes from wirebonding, flip chip, surface mount technology to wafer level processing - To perform material characterization and failure analysis for various industries - To assist in setting up new facilities and capabilities in semiconductor packaging - To assist academic staff in responding to technical challenges as well as to develop their technical skills [What we are looking for]
- Suitable credentials either in Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- More than 5 years of working experience in materials (metal, polymer or composite) processing, development or formulation
- Familiar in package design and heterogenous integration of packaging
- Experience in project managements of commercial and funded projects.
