As a Sr. TechOps Engineer, you will work across the business and technology teams to maximise business value. Job Responsibilities
1. Implement initiatives with the offerings of ITSM and ITSM Tools services across business units.
2. Creating new projects with customised workflows in Jira service management platform.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot production BAU issues with a holistic view.
4. Manage incident tickets and provide root cause analyst on every system issue/bug.
5. Working closely with stakeholders and business units to resolve incident tickets and managing service requests and change requests.
6. Facilitating the IT requirements of airport tenants/merchants and provide day-to-day IT operations support.
7. Coordinating meetings, conferences and other project-related events.
8. Manage Observability platforms and observability initiatives to ensure that operations are going smoothly.
9. Manage Alerts and alert monitoring platforms.

Job Requirements
1. Degree in Business IT, Engineering or related discipline.
2. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Basic Project and vendor management skills.
4. Knowledge with AWS platform and cloud-based applications
5. Functional knowledge on eCommerce is a bonus.
6. Understanding of web and mobile app development.
7. Adequate Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
8. Ability to work with tight deadlines.
9. Ability to communicate well and work with stakeholders, business units, vendor and internal tech team
10. Ability to work independently.
11. Have the interest in brainstorming (problem solving skill)
12. Knowledge and experience on observability tools is desirable (New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, Graphana, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
