Job Description
Our client based at Singapore is the Publisher for Assessment Books (MOE syllabus based) for Primary and Secondary Levels. We are Premier Coaching Centre running @ Bencoolen, Hougang, Bukit Batok, Bedok-Singapore. We have other products like workshops for parents / students, Sigaram e-dictionary and tutors training.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Monitoring sales performance
- Closing sales deals
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
- Fees collection and updates, sending reminder
- All sales and Business development related
- Admin related task
- Other Ad Hoc and related Job
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills and selling ability highlight the needs of the customers
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Working knowledge of excel and use of google drive to keyin the customer info
- Confidence - maintaining a positive attitude
- Resilience - communicating with conviction
- Active listening - understanding the customers\' needs. .
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
