Senior Territory Account Manager

Job Description

The Territory Account Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts.

  • Leads selling efforts to grow sales.
  • Maintains relationships with key customers in territory coverage.
  • Ensures sales achievement, within expense budget and profitability, is achieved.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of current customers through white spot analysis.
  • Recommends action plans and solutions to immediate superior to address concerns of customers
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Ensures service standards are followed within the area to ensure maximum account retention.
  • Ensures all company inventory and assets (equipment, tools, vehicle) are maintained in good working condition.
  • Ensures on-time account receivable collection and prevents overdue.
  • Complies and enforces compliance on all company safety guidelines.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or any science major
  • 2 years job experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Good English communication skills, both in writing and in speaking
  • High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
