OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive What you will do: The senior trainer role will training on practical session on digital to the respective customers. and Responsible for leading and implementing practical learning session for the customers. A set of training material and mentorship will be provided as a start. The role will identify opportunity improvement in the practical training material to improve engagement of the customers in Singapore. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct practical training session in the organization for the customers in the area of digital literacy.
  • Deliver instructor-led “train the trainer” training.
  • Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the JCI training delivery program
  • Develop a learning plan and ensure annual training budget in line with business goals.
  • Develop learner success metrics, track training to the success metrics, and use these to continuously improve the learning journey
  • Lead and Collaborate with business leaders, Sales leaders and internal stakeholders to identify specific topic to covers if required for future development.
  • Manage the overall training and development curriculum, and training resources
  • Reviewing and updating Learning & Development policies within the organisation.
  • Plan and implement end-to-end design, development and change management efforts to drive adoption for Modular e-content deployment to all staffs
  • Facilitate and implement the collection and analysis of evaluation data
  • Facilitate to monitor the adoption of small-scale learning projects, to deliver contingent learning experiences to customers
  • Facilitate to the design, development, implementation, change management of the new Learning System
  • Other duties assigned as a trainer.
What we look for:
  • ACTA / ACLP qualification is a must
  • Degree with 8 years work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large scale programs while work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders in an digital environment
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with digital infrastructure services highly desired
  • Experience conducting classroom training for related technology equipment and services
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – stays present under stress, maintains composure, makes decisions in the moment.
  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions & synthesize/summarize key points in a discussion to move it forward.
  • Ability to think on feet, be flexible and skilled at handling challenging discussions and helping people connect the concepts and skills to their roles.
