(Senior) Trainer Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability to facilitate all relevant workshops and initiatives to a professional standard
• Ensure the training is offered to Corporate Sales partners is facilitated to the same standard as those offer in the coffee institute
• Ensure that all competencies developed during training sessions are checked using the correct evaluation tool
• Suggest new topics or ideas for training that will support the operation and ensure that learning and development opportunities will support employees in all stages of their journey
• Maintain active communication with all employees

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related studies
• Possess a training certification will be advantageous
• Experience in the F&B Retail industry
• 5- 7 years relevant experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
