Management and supporting subsidiaries for the identification of training needs
Training activities management including the training needs collections from various channels for interpreting into training plan, and organize the training activities
Others:
Involve in all HR projects relating to training and development areas
Acts as an active team player/leader in Asia HR team for organizing/rollout department
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Training Management.
Minimum 5 years of Training or HR generalist and operational experience in MNCs with solid experience/exposure of training and development management and activities.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills is essential.
Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated and an energetic team player.
Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good exposure of HRIS e.g. SAP, ESS, HLN is preferred
