Job Description
Training Management
- Promote and develop the sustainable training and development culture
- Optimize the contribution of training and development investment and activities
- Management and supporting subsidiaries for the identification of training needs
- Training activities management including the training needs collections from various channels for interpreting into training plan, and organize the training activities
- Involve in all HR projects relating to training and development areas
- Acts as an active team player/leader in Asia HR team for organizing/rollout department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Training Management.
- Minimum 5 years of Training or HR generalist and operational experience in MNCs with solid experience/exposure of training and development management and activities.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills is essential.
- Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated and an energetic team player.
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good exposure of HRIS e.g. SAP, ESS, HLN is preferred
