Position Summary
APAC Treasury team is responsible for managing all treasury matters in the region spanning from capital and liquidity structures to FX hedging. This position is an excellent opportunity to support ADM\'s financial performance and apply financial acumen in a Corporate Treasury environment to ensure that ADM has the capital resources to grow the business globally. We are looking for a candidate with proven ability to identify problems or opportunities for improvement and regularly propose solutions.

As part of APAC Regional Treasury team, the successful candidate will serve as a business partner to commercial, finance and cross-functional leaders to drive actions that improve ADM\'s financial performance and mitigate liquidity and counterparty risks. The role actively interfaces with ADM\'s bank group on the company\'s various transactions. This is a demanding and rewarding developmental position based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Corporate Finance, APAC Treasury.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to maintain optimal capital structure for APAC entities. This will include analysis related to capital structure, interest rate and FX costs.
• Identify and implement various financing solutions to improve the ROIC for the region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide support on M&A activities and due diligence.
• Managing existing and develop new bank relationships, looking out and negotiating for the best deals for the company.
• Understand and provide support to FX hedging activities in the region.
• Assist and sometimes lead other treasury projects at country, regional or global levels and deliver improvement to ADM\'s treasury systems and processes.

Position Requirements

• Degree / Diploma or higher in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 4 years\' of solid treasury or corporate finance experience managing multiple countries in APAC.
• This role is challenging and requires a strong intellect with strong numeracy and analytical skills along with good understanding of liquidity risk, FX risk and financial modelling
• Strong communicator and influencer who is able to approach and challenge colleagues and external professionals to seek out and understand the issues and develop good working relationships at all levels.
• Energetic and engaging team player, with a positive approach and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities taken on.
• Ability to multi-task and plan effectively when working with a variety of project teams in high-pressure, competitive environment in an organized manner.
