Introduction to the role:
Our client is an established start-up known for its disruptive and innovative approach in an industry that is worth billions. With a strong presence of more than 500 million users in in the SEA market, they are looking to expand its Product & Design team further to provide better experiences for their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end research process across several products and initiatives.
• Understands industry best practices in research, and constantly bringing ideas and improvement to existing practices.
• Define research problems, identify and recommend suitable research methods based on problems to solve, and execute research methodologies with excellence.
• Ability to transform insights to actions to various audience
• Communicate research findings and proposals through user-centred design thinking - customer journey mapping, user archetypes, service blueprints etc.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and other stakeholders involved through research process.

Desired Qualifications/Certifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research for Product Development
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and prototyping tools (framer, sketch, principle, etc.)
• Strong track record of being able to drive the roadmap, plan and execute interviews, surveys and workshops, etc.
• Understand user behaviour and able to translate data into meaningful insights, and bridging both quantitative and qualitative research
• Good knowledge of design tools such as Invision, Zeplin and Sketch preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability and is results-driven.
• Excellent communications skills and fluency in English.
• Impact-focused leader and an enthusiastic team player.
• Experience in product companies preferred.
