We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior User Researcher. Principal Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on multiple aspects of products and user experiences for continuous improvement of the journey for Platforms
  • Identify research scope, define participant sample, design study, and execute with attention to details and quality
  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
  • Collect and analyse user behaviour through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments (A/B testing)
  • Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Researchers to prioritise research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment to deliver the best possible outcome for the platform users across markets.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and interactive presentations
  • Play an active role in promoting the thriving UX Research practice and culture across Platform team

  • Proven experience & ability in applying user centric design research, ideally in dual matrix organizations
  • Owns Design Research as a discipline and a practice at project level
  • Experience driving global research teams and initiatives, strategies, vision, goals and methodologies
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Ability to adapt and learn at speed, managing communication and interactions with a variety of different stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
  • Exceptional presenter and communicator, using story-telling to effectively influence stakeholders
  • Analyse problems and propose solutions beyond initial objectives or requirements
  • Establish best practices, evolve processes and cultivate community
  • Show agility and creativity in integrating design research into the work, simultaneously offering critique and new possibilities based on reasonable constraints
  • Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions in the wider context of people, communities and society
  • Works collaboratively with other teams to support design research efforts and to ensure project is scoped and supported appropriately
  • Customer-focussed, results-based approach, and able to deliver to deadlines
