The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. In addition, the Cebu office is a new tech startup office with its own challenges and opportunities -- the ones we feel are best addressed by a strong, local team.
Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for the measurement and analysis of staffing volumes and scheduling effectiveness.
Your role is to enhance the capability of the Workforce Optimization and Reports Management team by rationalizing and streamlining current practices and introducing technology and appropriate methodologies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in workforce management, an advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google sheets and the capability for reports automation.
Responsibilities

  • Works with the team in collecting and translating data into relevant reports and presentation materials for various stakeholders
  • Interprets and evaluates workforce metrics to provide data driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting and business scenario planning.
  • Responsible for analyzing, implementing and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce with short and long-range plans.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and other stakeholders to review existing and future workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
  • Delivers value through actionable insight addressing operation workforce risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience as Workforce Analyst from a BPO or shared services company.
  • Advanced knowledge of workforce management and efficiency metrics.
  • Must be highly proficient in Google Workspace and SQL
  • Highly skilled in reports automation
  • Has knowledge in data management, forecasting and capacity planning
