What the role is:You will work closely with MTI divisions as well as HR counterparts in other ministries and agencies to ensure the smooth administration of the Annual Ranking and Promotion (R&P) Exercise and a fair outcome. This includes the review of R&P processes and implementation of compensation policies such as performance bonuses. You will also be providing advice on and reviewing selected MTI Statutory Boards\' HR policies and proposals and facilitating their board appointments.What you will be working on:
