\xc2\xb7 Implement P&R programmes and initiatives in accordance to policies and directions

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in the project management of end-to-end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in changing management strategy, communication plans and activities

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in the annual compensation cycle

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with HR partners on operational matters to ensure compliance and data integrity.

\xc2\xb7 As hoc duties as assigned

Job requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel

\xc2\xb7 Good project management skills and knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
