Responsibilities Link between strategic business objectives and day to day HR operations. Undertake an active role in workforce planning, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting process. Key custodian in managing overall SMRT Trains' HR risk and governance, and employee engagement initiatives and policies. Leverage data and analytics using Power BI to provide insights to help decision making and drive projects to its desired outcomes. Able to develop and implement thoughtful, innovative, and engaging communication campaigns to enhance policies and initiatives implementation. Qualifications & Work Experience Degree with preferably 2-3 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of recruitment. Past experience in transport and operations-related industries would be advantageous. Skills Generic skills include: Customer-focused mindset and being comfortable in interacting with people at all levels. Resourceful, analytical and meticulous. Able to synthe data and have good presentation and data story-telling skills.
