In charge of lease documentation which includes preparing and checking lease documents;
Checking and activation of contracts, updating and maintain the tenancy schedule and monthly reports for submission.
Track security deposit, monitor submission of sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants as well as other administrative duties as may be assigned.
Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports.
And other administrative duties assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma in Business, Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
Those without a diploma, but with at least 3 years’ of working experience in a related industry will also be considered.
Skills
Be meticulous, organized and well versed with Microsoft Office.
A team player, you shall possess a good understanding of tenancy matters and possess an eye for detail.
