Responsibilities Responsible for arrears collection and follow-up on late payments Monitor, track and ensure payments are applied timely and appropriately to minimize exposure on bad debts Prepare reconciliation of weekly and monthly debtors' reports including arrears recovery reports Monitor and tracking of point of sale integration system status for tenants and follow up with vendor for any integration issues Monitor submission of monthly gross sales by tenants Assist in management of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of lease documents as required Assist in updating of lease data in SAP accurately and timely, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents as required Any other duties assigned from time to time Qualifications & Work Experience Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Those without a diploma, but with at least 5 years' of working experience in a related industry will also be considered. Experience in debt collection and arrears management Experience in working with SAP system Familiar with Tenancy Agreements Skills A team player with good interpersonal skills Meticulous with an eye for detail Organized and well versed with Microsoft Office Able to work in a fast-paced environment
