You will be part of the Human Capital Team - Talent Acquisition responsible for the attraction and recruitment of full time and contract employees to support the Group\'s manpower requirements.
Execute end-to-end sourcing, selection and hiring to attract and grow the pipeline of full time and contract workforce to meet the manpower needs of the Group.
Handle the recruitment process, including determining current staffing requirements and forecasts, developing hiring plans, and collaborating with Head of Departments to meet current and projected manpower needs, within stipulated timelines
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including education institutes and government agencies to promote employer branding and cultivate talent pipeline
Partake in external local and overseas recruitment and outreach events to fulfill existing and future hiring needs
Provide regular updates on recruitment related reports to track effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Provide general HR administration and undertake projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in talent acquisition
Applicants with prior HR experience in healthcare, medical or related industries are preferred.
