Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To be competent to guide guests in various Wildlife Experiences independently - tours, camps, glamps, virtual programmes across Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and Night Safari

\xc2\xb7 To be competent in running camps/glamps as IC/AIC or facilitator independently across Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and Night Safari

\xc2\xb7 To conduct teambuilding workshops and activities for corporate groups

\xc2\xb7 To co-conduct training for new hires for the Experience Team

\xc2\xb7 Assist in Wildlife Experiences inventory and logistics, whenever necessary

\xc2\xb7 Assist in Wildlife Experiences site recce, set up and tear down, whenever necessary

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'O\' Levels.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in working outdoors

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in running camp/glamps and teambuilding programmes

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in handling service challenges

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding with on ground operations and animal knowledge is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Able to guide guests in various Wildlife Experiences - tours, camps, glamps, virtual programmes.

\xc2\xb7 Class 3 driving license, or willing to take Basic Theory & Final Theory for buggy driving

\xc2\xb7 Willing to learn

\xc2\xb7 Good at self-expression

\xc2\xb7 Excellent team player

\xc2\xb7 Confident and comfortable speaking, especially in front of an audience

\xc2\xb7 Customer-oriented, energetic, and positive
