Pratt & Whitney has been operating in Singapore for more than 30 years, making it one of the pioneers in the development of Singapore's world-class aerospace industry RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor compliance of revenue accounting with ASC 606 & IFRS 15 and preparation of technical documentation to support the Company's position. Participate in invoicing activities - coordinate with other functions within the business and understand their processes. Liaise with finance shared service (Accenture) to generate invoice estimates for financial forecasting purpose & prepare invoices based on contractual terms & conditions. Ensure on-time processing and accuracy of invoices. Provide insightful analysis over Revenue, Margin, Billings, and Cost Reduction opportunities for operational decision making. To identify areas of improvement within the Financial and Information Management Systems that can provide better, more pertinent data to support the business decision making process. Participate in month-end closing activities related to revenue and its associated accounts. Support auditing activities including SOX testing, provide supporting documents to auditors to ensure financial and legislation compliance. Provide support and participate in strategic digitalization projects for finance (especially invoicing) and other continuous improvement projects to align with the Company's overall growth strategy. Carry out any other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA). Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with knowledge in revenue recognition policies under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Knowledge in SAP is preferred. Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large volumes of transactional data to produce insights. Experience in tools like Qliksense, Power BI preferred, or have a strong desire to learn and implement automation and data visualization tools in the revenue process. Meticulous and possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
