Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will include a spectrum of HR functions including HR business partnering role, recruitment, employee relations, process improvement projects, data analysis and reporting.
• You will also be required to work closely with departments to establish rapport and provide advice and support on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR
• Minimum 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Proficient in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant experience in healthcare sector or data analysis will be an advantage
• Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
