RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the customer support team to reinforce the Pratt & Whitney brand through proactive customer care initiatives and develop a world class level of customer service.
Develop and implement policies, processes and customer strategies to optimize team performance, achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
Define the desired engine shop visit metrics and provide guidance to the customer support team and promote collaboration of various functions and align goals to achieve desired outcome for the customers.
Establish and foster strong relationships with key customers and arrange/host Pratt & Whitney senior executives visits to key customers.
Collaborate with internal sales team and stakeholders to strategize and optimize our market share.
Develop and execute plans to achieve company set C.O.R.E standards.
Drive a high employee engagement culture of respect, empowerment, communication and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Masters or MBA desired) with minimum 8 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
Technical background in aircraft/engines and QA certification types is preferred.
Experienced in with sound understanding of commercial contracts and price quotations.
Effective communications and organizational skills to achieve results in a cross-functional and international business environment, with a proven track record in terms of delivering to plan.
Strong customer focus and creativity in developing customer solutions.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills.
Team-player with high standards of performance and personal integrity.
Possess excellent networking skills and good reputation in the aerospace industry.
Proficient in the use of a variety of computer databases and Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is a plus).
Able to travel at short notice.
