Job Description

1) Training & Development
Supports the planning and execution of training programmes
Monitors and updates training expenditure vs the planned budget monthly
Coordinates with employees and vendors to register for trainings
Partners with HR, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure training process is adhered to
Learning admin for Udemy and other Learning Management Platforms
Organizes in-house training and workshops such as induction programmes for new joiners
Drives regular communications of new training and team-building initiatives
Supports managers to coordinate with vendors to plan and execute effective team building initiatives
2) Student Admin
Consolidates student applications and match with internal requirements
Schedules interviews with interview panel
Coordinate with HR/departments on student matters
3) Any other tasks/initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field or business administration
1 to 2 years' experience in HR, Learning & Development or Training Administration will be preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented and a keen problem solver
Demonstrate a keen interest in organisational learning and employee engagement
Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
Able to work independently and in a team
