Job ResponsibilitiesA) Front line counter role

• Registration for patient & Appointment booking
• Advice patients on the applications available
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
• Cashiering duties
