It has his presence across 21 markets across the globe headquartered in Singapore. This role is key to success of groups shared vison to build a robust Digital capability centered around new energy innovation and cater to decarbonized energy demand for the future. The Digital leadership team is part of Innovation CoE, includes dedicated implementation team to act as the bridge between product R&D, business and external ecosystem What's the role As Principal Product Manager you will join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting role for you as you will experience diverse set of innovation in battery technology, Digital innovations and capability building while experiencing global market scenarios and trends in this sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end full process from identification, business engagement and working closely with technology experts and involved in sourcing solution providers and integrating partnership with external stakeholders while leading the execution to build product and capabilities. Key Expectation: To be an expert who formulates the organizational data strategy, including standards of data quality, the flow of data within the organization, and security of data. Key success measure for the role Ability to engage and translate business problem into relevant scalable technology products through project management and working closely with partners, solution architecture and internal team. Core Responsibilities are as follows: Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements. Analysing commercial data such as budgets, operational efficiency results and forecasts Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Creating functional specifications for solutions. Estimating costs and identifying business savings. Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team. Implementing and testing of solutions. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change. Collaborate with Digital leadership team and cross functional team members in project execution. Develop an investment proposal with feasibility analysis and measurable business outcome. Drive product development forward and is honest and explicit about risks and opportunities associated with this uncertainty. Have an excellent nose for 'quality' and a proven ability to quickly down select the best product development for DuraPower from a large pool of opportunities. Take accountability for the investments you are involved in concerning the AFV team & personal deal track record and portfolio strategy Provide both challenge and support to others in the team (e.g. in our Digital Leadership Committee discussions), portfolioproject representatives, and external parties What We Need from You University degree and deep understanding of Battery manufacturing business with experience of 3-7 years' experience. Effective stakeholder engagement Deal with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation right up to the CEO Critical thinking The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions Problem solving The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges Decision making The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc Good listener & communicator Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential Documentation and writing skills Product Manager supported by business analysts will find themselves co-creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents Confident presenter The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings Techno commercial acumen and experience in leading and closing impactful projects. Natural curiosity, creative and critical thinker with learner mindset. Demonstrable expertise in, and passion for, technology, innovation, and/ or business model analysis and assessment - professional experience in a technical role in the Energy, Mobility, is a upside. Deep understanding of how technology or new business models unlock new opportunities. Executive presence' and the ability to represent DuraPower in internal leadership and public forums. Strong communicator and project manager with the ability to build and maintain relationships within a complex, global corporation and A true 'team player' with a collaborative attitude and an interest in developing talent.
