Job Summary Reporting to the Country Solutions and Services (S&S) Business Leader, Project Management (PM) is responsible for managing and leading local Projects driving business objectives, performing projects reviews and driving continuous improvement in Project Management and ensuring Project execution excellence. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Project execution performance metrics

o Risk management and Margin control o On time delivery o Customer Satisfaction o Change orders o Service Contract o Key vendor relationship

• Manage critical or high-risk projects

Key Responsibilities DO

• Develop & implement local Delivery strategy with alignment to the regional strategy.
• Ensure project risk/opportunity is identified, assessed, and managed appropriately; also planning, monitoring / controlling, forecasting, and reporting of project outcomes is effective in achieving business and operational objectives.
• Supports financial business objectives driving project margin improvements.
• Drive consistency in execution of large projects, parallelly managing medium to small size project based on business need
• Responsible to manage and control all key and confidential documents related to the project.
• Leading to explore and develop new possible 3rd party suppliers and vendors for different project need and negotiate with the suitable suppliers for the best price to improve project margin
• Working very closely with the Lead Engineer of the respective project to ensure on-time delivery and project cost control
• Explore new and innovative possibilities to improve project execution and profit margin by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute site installation, commissioning work together with the site supervisor and commissioning engineer
• Lead and collaborate with other functions directly or indirectly connected to the project execution
• Support internal auditor to complete internal audit and collaborate for project related external audit and ISO certification process
• Support Solution Consultant and Proposal team in the ongoing proposals with project management inputs for better cost optimization and to increase winnability of order

OTHERS

• Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, Safety, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS Job Related Competencies

• Management / leadership skills
• Project management and engineering management with good knowledge of IFS
• Good communication skill with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc)
• Good understanding of most RA products and Broad industry application knowledge and high level of expertise and knowledge in Systems and Solutions applications.
• Good understanding of Solutions/Services processes and standards
• Large size project management or Program management experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Vendor management experience
• Strong customer relationship management

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Further education in Business administration, Operation or Program/Portfolio management is a plus
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum 6 years of managing projects in IT, process automation, industrial control projects, preferably in Life Science industry.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience
• Extensive experience in conflict resolution and people communication skill
• Experience in managing subcontractors and direct customer interface
