Job Description

Main Responsibilities:



Carry out commissioning, troubleshooting, on-site training, and technical support for freight container handling equipment at ports across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. Provide site feedback to design and factory teams regarding any issues encountered. Suggest new features and improvements for in-service equipment and assist the sales team in preparing quotations. For the Middle East and Africa, the role is based in the United Arab Emirates, primarily focusing on operations at the Port of Neom, Saudi Arabia. For Asia and Australia, the roles are based in Singapore.

Requirements:



Strong background in PLC program debugging, diagnostics, and working with electrical and hydraulic control systems. Willingness and readiness to travel on short notice within the assigned region. Regional experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position requiring strong analytical skills, independence, and self-motivation. Must be capable of representing the company professionally and building positive customer relationships.
