Job Description

  • Bachelor/College Degree of any course.
  • Knowledge in administrative work Organize in Filing, Recording and Archiving of records.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Purchase order via NetSuite (make sure to check the details)
  • Receive parts DR/SI and file for billing attachment
  • System Receiving receipt NetSuite
  • Prepare system Quotation
  • Prepare system Sales Oder, Delivery Receipt/Gate pass
  • Process billing for closing and attachment of files (verifying details & problem-solving skills)
  • Record, filing and archiving of documents (memo, letters, document forms and inventory tools)
  • Recording of billing via system creating info
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Automotive: 1 year (Preferred)
