Delivery and Clearing of Meal Services Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Night Supper.
Provide a high standard of customer service.
Attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
Take the patients meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS) and assist the patients with self-ordering of meals on E-concierge.
Attending patients requests for F&B related and non-clinical service requests.
Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs of patients.
Ensure accuracy of every patients meal order, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS and meal ordering systems.
Before serving the patient meals, check meal order chits against every patients meal, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are correctly served.
Check meal tray layout, ensure good tray presentation and appropriate food temperature before serving.
Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
Attend to wards and patients food related issues, complaints and feedback. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
Managment of e-Concierge requests. Start and close job requests within time set.
Obtain and solicit patients feedback on food and services.
Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations
governing cleanliness and hygiene. * Practice a high standard of integrity and values in the daily operation of the business.
Comply with operating procedures and company regulations governing time and attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform and discipline.
Maintain good working relationships with patients and colleagues
Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirement: Must be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers At least 2 years working experience in Food & Beverage and Customer Service Familiar with kitchen appliances and general Kitchen safety Able to work well as a team Able to work independently Basic Food Hygiene Cert will be an advantage Duration 1 year contract Work Hours 7am to 8.30pm daily, Monday to Sunday. 4-day ON, 3-day OFF per week.
