Job Description
Service Ambassadors x 50 @ Changi Airport Up to $3000 Changi Airport 5 days work week, 9.5 hours shift with 1 hour break - rotating shift
- Duration: Perm role
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with travelers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with travelers through active engagement
- Proactive to utilize upselling techniques to achieve sales target
- Resolve travelers concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Handle cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels
- Be the company\xe2\x80\x99s front line ambassador to uphold company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and image.
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year in retail/service industry
- High excellence customer service, passion in services, interacting with customers
- Must be comfortable with retail hours, rotating shifts
- Comfortable to be in fast paced environment
- Able to commence within short notice
