Stroke Support Station (S3) is an innovative and growing charity in Singapore that supports stroke survivors and caregivers in their post-stroke care management when they return to the community. We are supported by dedicated volunteers who provide service-based, skill-based, and event-based volunteering services in the charity to support stroke survivors as they embark on the journey toward recovery. We are looking for someone positive and motivated to learn and work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.

• Manage registration of clients\xe2\x80\x99 visits, collection of payments and preparation of billings and receipts.
• Handling phone calls and enquiries to provide information.
• Registration of clients\xe2\x80\x99 attendance.
• Scheduling of service arrangements and liaising with clients on appointments
• Working with a multidisciplinary team on the clients service arrangement
• Maintain proper filing for clients\xe2\x80\x99 records, including proper disposal of confidential documents.
• Ensure clients\xe2\x80\x99 information is kept confidential.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and safe at all times.
• Other admin and ad-hoc duties
