Tanjong Beach Club was conceived to celebrate our tropical weather and foster a local beach culture. The restaurant, bar, club and retail space sits on Singapore’s best strip of sand in Sentosa, providing an urban getaway where beach-goers retreat to savour coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails while lounging on daybeds by the pool or relaxing indoors. The experience is enhanced by panoramic views of the sea and underscored by upbeat music. The Beach Shop retails carefully curated products and house-branded merchandise, advocating an idyllic beach life.
We are looking for a passionate, service-driven individual to fill the role of a Service Captain for our establishments. The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests with top quality service. The service captain is responsible to recommend guests our venue's food and drink offering and deliver superior customer service standards in executing their duties. The Service Captain is an integral part of our Front of House team that leaves guests of Tanjong Beach Club with an awesome experience which will see them returning time and again.
You’ll be in-charge of:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with guests
  • Order taking & menu description
  • Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
  • Improving procedures and systems
