Job descriptionScope of Work

• Deliver great customer skills (Smile, Outgoing, Professional and caring)
• Opening and closing of the bar
• Setup, operation and closing of POS
• Assist Manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations
• Attend to guests at bar area and restaurant when required
• Make recommendations and answer all related inquires
• Prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly to either customers directly or through serving staff
• Providing quality beverage and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe, presentation and quality standards
• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• To deliver good quality bar products and services to customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails and proper techniques
• Ability to keep bar organised, clean & tidy, stocking and inventory
• Good work attitude and communication skill
• Well groomed, energetic and motivated
• Guest oriented and service focus
• Friendly and enjoys meeting people
• Energetic and vibrant
• Expected to work independently as well as part of the team
• Great attention to details
• Always with a "can do" attitude
