Responsibilities:
  • Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
  • Assist in monitoring the guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables\xe2\x80\x99 requests, and promotional offers
  • Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
  • Check on guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction, attend guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
  • Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers
