Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
Assist in monitoring the guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables\xe2\x80\x99 requests, and promotional offers
Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
Check on guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction, attend guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers
