Responsibilities:
- Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Assist in monitoring the guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables\xe2\x80\x99 requests, and promotional offers
- Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
- Check on guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction, attend guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
- Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers
