Job Description
Position title : Service Crew
Location: 80 Airport Blvd., Singapore 819642\xef\xbc\x88Jewel\xef\xbc\x89
Working Days: 5 Days work
Working hours : Shift work (44 hours)
Salary : $1900 - $2200
Responsibilities:
- Ensure orderly operation runs through strict following of service sequence and standards.
- Interact with and manage customers and their feedback professionally and diplomatically, and appropriately refer such instances to the Manager on Duty.
- Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Check, clear and clean tables
- Manage POS and cashiering duties
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to brand SOPs
- Keep the Manager on Duty updated on any issues related to food & service
- Adheres to the company\'s policy on grooming
- Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations
