Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing technical and operations support to customers' operational systems, satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
  • Plan, execute, monitor and control the various technical aspect of the system maintenance
  • Manage a group of Engineers to perform routine preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
  • Provide technical and service related reports to customer/management and attend System Maintenance Reviews and Technical Discussion as and when required

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or related fields
  • Experienced in managing a team of Engineers / Technicians would be an advantage
  • Experience and good knowledge in Mechanical / EEE and/or Integrated systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to perform 24/7 standby maintenance supports on rotational basis or as and when required
  • Able to lead a team of Engineers and Executives; with good interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical / conceptual thinking
  • Singaporean only
  • Candidates with vast experience may be considered for senior role
