Industry: Broadband, Communications Technology Industry Location: North area Skills: Project Delivery, Service Delivery We are working with a World-Class Company engaging in the Broadband Technology business with presence across a multitude of Communications and Infrastructure business handling large-scale commercial enterprises. This requirement will service as the lead for Service Delivery for deployment, roll-out for maintenance services, new projects and headcount services support across the sectors supervised. Position Responsibilities:

• As a Service Delivery Manager, the role will handle service levels agreements and ensure satisfactions are met between stakeholders.
• Will perform proper provisioning and handover of deployed services to assigned corporate clients.
• Facilitate and continuously perform process improvements to refine existing procedures and enhance standard operating procedures.
• Involved in project financials including procurement, billing and staff payroll.
• Will engage, deliver and support enterprise network, security, security solutions activities for various corporate entities.
• The position may be tasked to travel island-wide at client offices as and when necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess a Diploma in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• At least 5-years of working experience in IT Service Delivery and client services background in SI industry, leadership experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on flexible hours and travel across and around Singapore at a short notice.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP a strong advantage.
• Must be comfortable to perform client presentations, work and communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
