Perform testing of new hardware equipment and software
Troubleshooting and debugging hardware performance issues
Perform Build / Rebuild Operating System for Laptop, Desktop
Updating of hardware inventory assets
Perform asset tagging of new hardware
Tracking of IT hardware movement and update the location of the hardware in our inventory record
Involve in disposal of hardware equipment
IT equipment setup at user desk
Documentation of procedures (Example: software installation procedure, hardware setup procedure)
Perform basic system administration (Example: housekeeping of mobile devices user accounts)
Coordinating and managing renewal and termination of contract for mobile devices
Perform desktop administration tasks such as software check, desktop auto-build, ensure security patches are delivered timely to all hardware
Basic desktop and hardware troubleshooting on computers and Workstation setup for event preparation
Process administration accounts and setup of workstations for New Hirers/ Transferees
Provide 1st level support to end users on desktop hardware and software.
Perform trouble shooting on Desktops problems, including research, testing and enquiry to vendor for problem resolution.
Troubleshooting of Operating System related, in-house software, printer, and other computer hardware related problems
Perform pre-defined daily operation routine to ensure the smooth operation of Windows Operating System. For example: backup, status checking, and maintenance routine.
Maintain PC inventory (hardware and software)
Take ownership of all problems reported to the help desk. For unsolved outstanding problems, report and alert the Customer through Customer internal escalation procedure.
Interface with other maintenance vendors (e.g. HP, Microsoft, etc) for problem reporting.
Place service call and follow up until the problem has been resolved.
Perform IT project rollout, including new PC purchase, receiving, move and change.
Installation of new equipment: PCs, Printers.
Relocation of equipment (e.g.: office move, setting up PC for meeting, etc).
Swapping peripherals.
Installation and configuration of software according to Customer standard.
Answer user\'s enquiries on software usage.
Perform software patches when necessary.
Requirements:
