Service Engineer, Merchant AutomationService Engineer to support our regional and worldwide customers.The ideal candidate has experience with Integrated Control Monitoring Systems (ICMS) and propulsion/steering control systems, with hands-on experience on main engines and thrusters being a plus.Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Commissioning and service for Kongsberg Maritime Merchant & Automation products- Service Activities: Cover South East Asia, maintaining good client relationships- Technical Preparation: Workshop tests and preparations- Execution and Performance: Ensure proper work execution and performance standards- Documentation: Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain databases- Remote Guidance: Provide product support to customers and backend support to the service team- Project Management: Commission and manage refit/retrofit projects- Sales Support: Assist with technical issues and handle administrative tasks- Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake assigned tasksRequirements:- (Entry Level) Min.
