Service Engineer (Regional) - Medical Freeze Dryers & Freeze Drying Systems [LKH]

Our client is China MNC established in Europe and China which are comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment supplier to provide process support, core equipments, integrated system and pharma engineering for the pharma and biotech industry in the world.
Our client supply equipment and systems for pharmaceutical companies across globally which have been widely applied in the fields of liquid and lyo Injectables, chemical API, bioengineering and pharma packaging, etc.
Our client has built five modern pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing bases with global competitiveness. It has been approved with all the international regulatory certifications like German TUV ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, CE, UL. PED, ASME, etc
They are expanding their SEA region operation to Singapore and sourcing for Service Engineer to take care of Laboratory freeze dryers, Pilot freeze dryers and Mass Production freeze dryers.
Working location: Singapore, oversea travelling might require. Will to be discuss during interview.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers by telephone, email, etc.
• Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, and cooperation with verification work.
• Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, regular maintenance, replacement of spare parts, etc.
• Provide equipment operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Submit the service report to area sales manager in time.
• Provide technical support for spare parts sales and equipment modification business: such as spare part number identification, technical clarification of customer modification needs, etc.
• Maintain customer relationship.
