Our subsidiary company, Scientific Resources Pte. Ptd is looking for outstanding Field Service Engineer to be part of the ever growing technical support team.

Working closely with the dynamic and resourceful Scientific Resources team across different management and executive levels, we help each other to achieve customer’s scientific goals.

Responsibilities: 1. To undertake installation and commission, repair and maintenance of laboratory instruments 2. To provide timely after-sales service for customers within agreed response time. 3. To provide on a timely basis service quotations for repairs and/ or service contract proposals Maintain and submit proper and timely service documentation including service reports, installation and commissioning reports, update instrument registry as well as keep current service spares inventory. Maintain and keep in good condition service tools and service spares 4. Coordinate with local sub-contractors where necessary 5. Actively recommend appropriate spare parts and service repairs/ upgrades or maintenance to customers with the objective of minimizing instrument down time. 6. Develop and maintain good and professional rapport with customers for customer retention 7. Exhibit team play by working with colleagues from sales and operations to ensure smooth operation of the business. Requirements: 1. Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a similar industry 2. Prior experience in chemical / life science / medical industry or Analytical Instrument preferred 3. Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electronics /Mechanical or other related technical fields) 4. Knowledgeable in computers and computer software 5. Good team player, good presentation and inter personnel skills 6. Fast Learner and know-how attitude in resolving issue 7. Highly motivated and self-starter 8. Able to work under minimum supervision and resourceful
