Our client, a well-established Telecommunications Services Provider is currently inviting suitably candidate to join for the role of Service Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in design and installation of Integrated Security Systems.
• To perform project installation, testing and commissioning, system troubleshooting and network operation support.
• Participate in projects and/or activities to support improvement initiatives.
• Function as a project coordinator and liaise with relevant stakeholders for project deliveries
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve incident and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards.
• Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.
• Maintain and upkeep of documentation.
• Any other tasks and/or duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with equivalent with minimum 2 years of related working experience Or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with equivalent with minimum 5 years of related working experience
• Good knowledge in Project Management, System Architecture, Network, Security and Mechanical & Electrical works.
• Good knowledge of Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN and LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless and MPLS.
• Experience in CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection System, Alarm System, Access Control and Integrated Security System will be advantageous
• Understanding of security operations concepts, perimeter defense, endpoint management and security metrics
