- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify sub-contractors\' jobs
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- HNITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems
- Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Good project management knowledge
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
