Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify sub-contractors\' jobs
Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
Job Requirement
HNITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems
Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Good project management knowledge
Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
